Follow Friday #1: A Book That Would Make A Great Halloween Movie

This post will be linked to Feature & Follow, a weekly blog hop hosted by Parajunkee's View and Alison Can Read.

I just found out about the Feature & Follow blog hop, and I decided to give it a try! It looks like a fun way of getting to know more bloggers around the blogosphere!

To join the Feature & Follow blog hop, what you need to do is follow Parajunkee's View and Alison Can Read, who are the two awesome hosts; and the two featured blogs on their sites (chosen by random). For this week, they are Reese's Reviews and Book Fever.
Then you create a post (like this one), where friends from the blog hop can comment and say hi, link your blog on the Linky Tools (you can do this on the two host sites, or any blogs on the hop that links to it).
After that, you follow, follow, and follow any blogs you feel like! Don't forget to comment and let them know you are a new follower!

At least that's what I plan on doing. Also, there is a weekly question to spice up your post. This week's question is...

Q: What book do you think would make a great Halloween movie? Please explain in graphic detail of goriness…

A: This is actually a hard one, since I don't read scary books that much. But I think I'll go with the Sherlock Holmes books by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle... more specifically, The Hound of the Baskervilles. This is the Holmes story that doesn't feature Holmes much, and without his scientific explanation for everything, it's really easy to get creeped out. And you have to admit, being chased by a huge ghostlike dog is pretty scary. Not much gore in this one, but it messes with your mind.

So that's it for the first Follow Friday on Fiction Predictions! If you've followed me, don't forget to leave a comment so I can return the favor!

  11. I think books that mess with your mind can often be way more frightening that ones with just a lot of gore.
